Qualified person (FHV)
Level 2 describes the professional qualification for work on high-voltage systems in a voltage-free state. This qualification level includes all work carried out on HV systems in a voltage-free state. This includes the deactivation and reactivation of high-voltage systems in compliance with the manufacturer's specifications.
The qualification authorises persons to deactivat the high-voltage system and to carry out electrical work on the HV system in a voltage-free state.
We are offering different entry levels depending on the participants' previous knowledge.
Entry A
for people without previous knowledge of electrical engineering but with technical education.
Time frame for qualification for work on:
- high-voltage systems in research and development:
at least 100 teaching units (45 minutes for each unit) | 10 days - serial production vehicles with high-voltage systems:
at least 80 teaching units (45 minutes for each unit) | 8 days

Entry B
for people with previous knowledge of electrical engineering in the automotive sector, e.g. automotive electricians, automotive mechatronics engineers, automotive mechanics, bachelor's/master's degree in mechanical engineering.
Time frame for qualification for work on:
- high-voltage systems in research and development:
at least 48 teaching units (45 minutes for each unit) | 5 days - serial production vehicles with high-voltage systems:
at least 16 teaching units (45 minutes for each unit) | 2 days
1200,– € p.P.
Entry C
for people with electrical education (qualified electricians), e.g. industrial electricians, electrical fitters, electrical engineers.
Time frame for qualification for work on:
- high-voltage systems in research and development:
at least 24 teaching units (45 minutes for each unit) | 3 days - serial production vehicles with high-voltage systems:
at least 8 teaching units (45 minutes for each unit) | 1 days
