That awaits you
- Independently carrying out day-to-day financial accounting tasks
- Allocating and posting incoming and outgoing invoices
- Preparing and processing invoices independently
- Handling payment transactions and monitoring open items
- Reconciliation and maintenance of accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounts
- Preparation of and involvement in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Preparation of reports and statistics using Excel
- Collaboration with tax advisers and internal departments
- General administrative tasks in the field of bookkeeping and accounting

That convinces us
- A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally specialising in financial accounting, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in financial accounting or bookkeeping
- Knowledge of DATEV would be an advantage
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and standard MS Office applications
- A structured, independent and meticulous approach to work
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking skills
- Reliability, discretion and a sense of responsibility
- Ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills
- Business-level proficiency in spoken and written German
