- Development, analysis, calibration, and validation of driveability and powertrain functions
- Analysis and optimization of the interaction between the engine, transmission, hybrid/propulsion systems, and vehicle control units
- Planning, execution, and evaluation of vehicle, test bench, and road tests
- Conducting calibration, diagnostic, and debugging activities, as well as evaluating measurement and vehicle data
- Developing and applying simulations and models to optimize vehicle function
- Preparing and instrumenting vehicles for testing, sign-off, and benchmarking
- Preparation of test, development, and technical reports, as well as documentation of project results
- Creation and tracking of test and validation plans in line with project milestones
- Close collaboration with development, functional leads, simulation, test bench, and road testing teams
- Participation in international road tests, technical coordination meetings, and development projects

That convinces us
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable technical field
- Professional experience in vehicle development, powertrain development, software calibration, or vehicle testing
- Strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, and hybrid and electric powertrain systems
- Experience analyzing and evaluating vehicle data and measurement parameters
- Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, measurement data acquisition, and evaluation
- Experience with development, simulation, or calibration processes in the automotive sector
- Willingness to travel for domestic and international testing and project assignments
- Willingness to relocate to the respective project or company location
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are required
- Knowledge of Italian is a plus
